I LOVED the “Mr. Jolla” drink, and so did my girlfriends.  Of course I made this at the home of my friend who has no drank paraphenalia, so I had to improvise, but made sure I kept to the proportions.  Really balanced, with a hint of a bite.  Delicious.  This one is now permanently added to our drink rotation!

build over ice in hardball glass

  • 1 oz grand marnier liqueur
  • 1 oz patron
  • juice of a lime
  • 2-4 mint sprigs

shake ingredients well and strain into a chilled cognac glass. garnish with a mint sprig and frolic with your junk out, flailing in the wind.

  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • splash of rose’s lime juice

shake ingredients well with ice. garnish with a lime wedge grind on the 1st person to your left.

  • 1 oz white tequila
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 lime
  • 1 container canned pineapple
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

rim highball glass with brown sugar. muddle 3 chunks of pineapple+1 tsp of brown sugar in glass. fill glass with ice. add white tequila, triple sec, pineapple juice, & the juice of 2 lime wedges. garnish with a maraschino cherry & dry hump the 1st person who blinks at you.
