build over ice in hardball or collins glass
- 1 oz captain morgan’s spiced rum
- 1/2 oz malibu coconut rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- splash of orange juice
- juice of 2 lime wedges
garnish with a cherry and wobble your cakelettez after each sip.

- 1 oz 151 proof rum
- 1/2 oz amaretto liquer
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- splash of orange juice
- optional: 1-2 dashes of angostura bitters (don’t get heavy-handed w/ the bitters)
shake ingredients well with ice. garnish with a lime wedge and find any ol’ reason to take off all yo clothes.

- 1/2 oz pina colada mix
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- splash of orange juice
garnish with a cherry or pineapple slice, & smack it, flip it, & rub it down.

- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz pink lemonade
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
shake ingredients well with ice. garnish with a cherry or lime wedge & get your insides rearranged.

so the weekend I went to Boston Nina went shopping and bought some pomegranate lemonade that was soooo good, and my alcoholic ass was like, “This would be awesome with liquor in it!”
So we bought some Malibu and threw it in there, and decided it wasn’t coconutty enough for us…and added some coco loco smh…
Why did I drink a pint glass of that shit?? I need Jesus… Anyway, I’m not sure if it’s already a drink or what proportions of anything Nina mixed up, I just know we drank the hell out of it, it was tasty and we called it The Rowdy Girl.
If you like it you can have it. Just be warned that the next day (after we were stupid enough to do SHOTS OF MALIBU) Cathi thought she was gonna die… hahahahahahaha (you can see a pic of us on FB in my MA album… the one where we are wearing shades? That was after the 3rd shot of Malibu at the end of the night… *sigh*)

build over ice in hardball glass
- 1 oz malibu rum
- 1/2 oz coconut milk
- 1 oz pomegranate lemonade
garnish with a lemon wedge & make GOOD use of your camera phone.
build over ice in hurricane glass
- 1 oz passion fruit juice
- 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- squeeze of 2 lime wedges
- fill with lemon/lime soda or sprite
stir ingredients well with ice, garnish with a strawberry & twerk like you’re the star of an uncle luke video.
build over ice in highball or collins glass
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz white rum of your choice
- equal parts lemonade+pineapple juice
- 1 tsp grenadine
garnish with a cherry & molest the person to your left.

- 1/2 oz banana schnapps or banana liquer
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- splash of cranberry juice
shake ingredients well with ice. garnish with a cherry & loosen up that larynx.

- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- splash of lemon/lime soda or sprite
garnish with a raspberry & get loose wit it.

- 1 oz 151 proof rum
- 1/2 oz peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz raspberry schnapps
- equal parts pineapple juice & cranberry juice
stir ingredients well with ice. garnish w/ a raspberry & find out where some hooker shyt is happening. then ask if you can join in.
beer of the week:
Kopparberg Pear cider. currently my new fav. sweet but not diabetes-inducing. if you can’t find Kopparberg look for Woodchuck draft cider. comes in flavors like blueberry, granny smith apple, pear, & raspberry.
